By using the Planet Bluegrass Song Jury platform (“the App”), you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User Roles

The App supports three roles: contestants (submit songs), judges (review and score submissions), and admins (manage contests and users). Your role determines what features and data you can access.

Submissions

By submitting content (audio files, lyrics, notes), you represent that you own or have the rights to that content. You grant Planet Bluegrass a limited license to store, display, and distribute your submissions to judges and admins for the purpose of contest evaluation.

We are not responsible for unauthorized use of submitted content by other users.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the operation of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Analytics

We use analytics tools to understand how the App is used. By using the App, you consent to the collection of anonymous usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit. Planet Bluegrass retains ownership of the application, its design, and its code.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planet Bluegrass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
